TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
This is to introduce Ms. Elizabeth Dinhobel, who has worked in the
Immigration Section of the Canadian Embassy in Vienna. Due to official restraints on
staffing there is no possibility for further advancement for her in the Vienna office and
she has stated that she is considering the possibility of other employment.
If she goes she goes with the best of good wishes from management and with a very great
sense of our loss. In truth, we cannot fill the hole she would leave and both management
and fellow workers would feel the impact immediately and with the greatest regret.
I recommend her to any employer fortunately enough to engage her and know that our great
loss would be their great gain.
