Einwanderung Kanada als Unternehmer


Die Kanadische Einwanderungsbestimmung definiert einen
Unternehmer als einen Einwanderer, der die Absicht und die
Fähigkeit hat, in Kanada ein Unternehmen zu gründen, zu kaufen
oder eine bedeutende Investition in ein Unternehmen oder ein
kommerzielles Unternehmen zu tätigen. Dieses Unternehmen
schafft neben einen Arbeitsplatz für den Einwanderer auch einen
Arbeitsplatz für einen oder mehrere Kanadier und leistet einen
bedeutsamen Beitrag zur Kanadischen Wirtschaft.
Der Unternehmer muß die Absicht und Fähigkeit haben, aktiv
und laufend am Management des Unternehmens teilzunehmen.

Erforderliches Eigenkapital Can $ 300.000.

Um in in dieser Kategorie auswandern zu können sollten Sie
bereits selbständig tätig sein.

Ihr Unternehmen muss ein qualifying business sein -
2 von 4 Punkten sind zu erfüllen
2 Jahre lang - innerhalb der letzten 5 Jahre ab Antragstellung

and ending on the date a determination is made in respect of the application:

  1. the percentage of equity multiplied
    by the number offull-time job equivalents
    is equal to or greater than two full-time job equivalents per year;
  2. the percentage of equity multiplied
    by the total annual sales is equal to or greater than CAN $500,000;
  3. the percentage of equity multiplied
    by the net income in the year is equal to or greater than CAN $50,000; and
  4. the percentage of equity multiplied
    by the net assets at the end of the year is equal to or greater than CAN $125,000.

Your business must not be operated primarily for the purpose
of deriving investment income such as interest, dividends or capital gains.

commit to managing and owning at least one-third of a business
of a defined size for at least one year within three years of landing in Canada,
all applicants must indicate in writing that they intend and
will be able to meet these conditions, which are also applicable to all family members.

qualifying Canadian business means a business operated in Canada by an entrepreneur
other than a business operated primarily for the purpose of deriving investment income,
such as interest, dividends or capital gains - for which there is in any year within
the period of three years after the day the entrepreneur becomes a permanent resident
documentary evidence of any two of the following:

the percentage of equity multiplied
by the number of full-time job equivalents is equal to
or greater than two full-time job equivalents per year;

the percentage of equity multiplied
by the total annual sales is equal to or greater than $250,000;

the percentage of equity multiplied
by the net income in the year is equal to or greater than $25,000; and

the percentage of equity multiplied by the net assets
at the end of the year is equal to or greater than $125,000.

Entrepreneur

Canada’s Immigration Regulations define an entrepreneur as
an "immigrant who intends and has the ability to establish,
purchase or make a substantial investment in a business or
commercial venture in Canada whose business will make
a significant contribution to the economy whose business will
create or maintain employment opportunities in Canada for one
or more Canadian citizens or permanent residents, other than the
entrepreneur and his/her dependants, and who intends and has
the ability to provide active and on-going participation in the
management of the business or commercial venture."

Required net worth CDN $ 300.000 (legally obtained).
