Einwanderung Kanada als Arbeitnehmer
Die Auswanderung nach Kanada als Arbeitnehmer unterliegt
einem Punktesystem. Bewertet werden verschiedene Kriterien
wie z.B.: Schulausbildung, Alter, Beruf, Sprachkenntnisse ....
Sie müssen auf jeden Fall Englisch oder Französisch können,
Sie benötigen mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung,
Ihr Beruf muß auf der von der Kanadischen Regierung
veröffentlichten Berufsliste sein,
Ihr Beruf darf nicht auf der Liste unerwünschter Berufe aufscheinen.
Die erforderliche Mindestanzahl an Punkten (Pass Mark):
67 von möglichen 100 Punkten.
Es gibt bei der
Antragstellung keine Garantie -
man kann mit 67 Punkten angenommen und
mit 100 Punkten abgelehnt werden
das liegt im - Ermessen - des Kanadischen Beamten
If your score is the same or higher than the pass mark,
then you may
qualify to immigrate to Canada as a skilled worker
If your score is less than the pass mark,
you are not likely
to qualify to immigrate to Canada as a Skilled Worker.
You may submit a formal application if you believe
that there are factors that would show that you are able
to become economically established in Canada ....
Skilled Worker Class
Except for refugees and
members of the Family Class,
everyone is assessed on a point system.
Points are given for:
education, ability to communicate in English or French,
work experience, age, arranged employment, adaptability;
your occupation must be listed in the Skill Type 0 or
Skill Level A or B in the NOC National Occupation Classification.
If your work experience is in a restricted occupation you
cannot use it to earn points.
